Modify/Cancel Order

Modification or Cancellation Window

You have 6 hours from the time of your order to request any changes or cancellations. After this timeframe the order is already in progress and cannot be changed.

Requesting Changes

To modify or cancel your order within the allowed timeframe contact our customer support team. Email us at support@bespokewoodttk.com with your order number and the changes you need. Make sure your request is within the 6 hour window for processing.

Shipped Orders

If your order has already shipped modifications are not possible. In this case you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our Returns and Refunds Policy for any changes or returns. This policy allows you to make changes even if the order has been dispatched.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

For orders canceled within the 6 hour timeframe we will refund to the original payment method. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to show up in your account. Please note bank processing times may vary.
